ToonKit for Cycles for Blender 2.8 Preview

Some tests of Toonkit for Cycles running in the upcoming Blender 2.8. Some crashes and problems with modifiers but it works ;) We will keep working to make port it for blender 2.8 close as possible of the blender’s release.
