Ref Epic Fail: Ref shows invisible yellow card

Everton 1-1 Birmingham, 9th of March 2011, Referee Peter Walton forgot his cards and had to show an invisible yellow to Birmingham’s Jordon Mutch in the 40th minute. But found his card in the half time break and showed a further 3 yellow cards in the second half.
