Let me address a longstanding myth that circulates on the web: this was NOT unrehearsed and shot in one take. That mistake comes from a 2000 NY Times book review that misquotes Harold, who admitted that the very last section (the splits down the stairs) was unrehearsed and shot in one take - I can see why!
