This loving yin sequence will help you connect with the lower part of your body. In deep awareness you will help your hips and legs to open up and release pent-up emotions. We will cultivate gratitude for this part of your body and gently sink into stillness. Yin is a slow and meditative style of yoga where you hold the poses for longer. The focus is on surrendering in to the pose, sitting with all the sensations that arrive and ultimately experiencing a deep letting go and a sense of calm.
