Putin at the CSTO Collective Security Council: Our countries, including Russia, do not accept terrorism in any of its manifestations and in any region of the world. The next meeting of the council is scheduled for December in St. Petersburg. Military-technical cooperation between the CSTO states is expanding. Joint activities within the CSTO contribute to the unity of our states and peoples.
