This video shows forms of more varied movements. Nicely demonstrated and explained with some fine points shown by Master Hong Li himself. A fuller view of the types of movements in which animal and elemental fists are mixed. A lengthy and very sophisticated form with changes, backward movements, turns, spins long and short punches. It’s easy to see why routines like this might have won at international competition level. Demonstrator/Teacher:Zhang Zai-Hua is a 3rd generation inheritor in Shang style Xing Yi. He is a disciple of master Li Hong. A winner of a national championship for International Xingyi Competition, he demonstrates the concepts on this fundamental video. The narrator is his teacher, Li Hong . Master Li is the the son of master Li Wen-Bin, last disciple of “Iron Buddha“ master Shang Yun-Xiang. Xing Yi is one of the great boxing forms of China.
