I can’t believe that this DELICIOUS protein tiramisu only takes 5 min.
You will love it. I have done it 4-5 times this week. As an healthy snack in the afternoon. ☕️
Here’s the recipe:
✨ One cup of coffee (I even used decaf today)
✨ 3-4 rice cakes
✨ for the cream:
- 250 g skyr or yogurt of your choice
- 20 G protein powder (if you go vegan 🌱, you may wanna add some water or plant milk) so used Whey: salted caramel
- pinch of salt
- stevia (or any sweetness of your choice) - stir well.
✨ dip the rice cakes into the coffee for a few seconds
Layer rice cake and cream.
Add kakao on top. Really important ingredient to make it complete.🤤
If you don’t like cacao, you may wanna use cinnamon. ❤️
