Solo Spring Overnighter | In Search of Balance

I often find myself caught between two extremes: spending excessive time either outdoors or indoors. Just as easily as I spend hours riding my bike, I can become completely immersed in screen time work for days on end, which isn’t exactly the healthiest habit. That’s why earlier this year—knowing I’d be dealing with longer periods indoors—I made a promise to myself: to go on a solo bike ride every season. And with spring in full swing in my region, it was the perfect motivation to go for another overnighter to help recover my adventurous spark.
