Lateral Split Squat Side lunge with emphasis on hip adduction

#shorts Training the hip adductor muscles without additional equipment can be challenging! In this post, we will show you a functional exercise that you can use to train these muscles! THE SIDE LUNGE WITH EMPHASIS ON HIP ADDUCTION 📢 This exercise aims to stretch and strengthen the hip adductors simultaneously. In the classic side lunge, we push the floor with the flexed leg while the straight leg helps keep balance. The difference in this variation is that we focus on shifting the body from side to side by activating the adductor muscles. We use the muscles of the flexed leg less and place more emphasis on activating the adductors of the straight leg. Tip: Focusing your thoughts on activating the adductors in both legs simultaneously throughout the exercise will increase the load on both of them even more. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WANT EXCLUSIVE VIDEOS NOT FOUND ON YOUTUBE?
