I am indebted to Gil Murray for the permission to use his beautiful pictures. This piece is also already on a CD called “Kein schöner Land...“ (Acoustic Music Records) with my great friend and accordion virtuoso Manfred Leuchter. When we play this live Manfred follows this with one of the most beautiful solo renditions of J.S. Bach’s “Jesu, joy of man’s desiring“ I have ever heard.
