This film is an instructional film that was designed for American high schools, to teach adolescents basic dating skills. It was produced by Coronet Instructional Films which was a leading producer and distributor of many American documentary shorts shown in public schools from 1934 - 1997. It was directed by J. William Walker with the assistance of educational collaborator, William M. Smith, Jr., Ph.D. who was Professor of Family Relationships at Pennsylvania State University. The script was written by Don Abel. The cinematography was by Wayne A. Kolar. The editor was Paul K. Basten. Young man and woman hold hands and walk along the beach (0:09).
