Acsion - Sandton Apartments | 5 Year Construction Timelapse

This exciting new mixed-use high-rise building in the heart of Sandton, South Africa, was under construction from December 2016 until March 2022! Property developer Acsion obtained the rights to build this structure 67 000 square meteres above ground, adjacent to Crawford College Benmore and in close proximity to Varsity College Benmore. The structure occupies a total land size of approximately 1 hectare in the heart of Sandton’s densely populated, ultra-high-income residential Benmore node. Within close proximity to South Africa’s “golden mile“, the Sandton City district, this building is now under the management of Anaprop.
