Antique Rusty Padlock Restoration

This padlock looks truly amazing and unusual. My goal was to restore and preserve it, although some parts are completely destroyed by the rust. I tried to keep most of it original. And it also works! I found this old padlock in the forest while metal detecting. The house site is about 150-200 years old, so that’s about the age of this lock.
