Dakota | The Mutant Theatre - Live Flamenco Dance Performance at Doxart Festival

Dakota was inspired/written for the Lakota tribe protest and other brave peoples coming together to stop and protect the Lakota land from the building of the Dakota pipeline. There is so much history of broken treaties by the USA government going back to 1867. Karen Lugo’s choreography looked amazing on the video roughs she sent me, and seeing Karen & Virna Vincelli performing this live for the first time brought this track and its meaning to life 💜 Thank you, @doxartfestival9972, for making a great festival.
