Beat The Defender by Dribbling or a Wall Pass

This competitive soccer game focuses on developing initiative attacking attitude, dribbling and feinting skills and cooperation of two attackers against one defender. The SSG also aims to improve supporting movements off the ball, soccer specific endurance and defending technique. Organisation: Flat cones mark two equal squares 12-16 meters apart. The exercise requires a minimum of 5 players and it can be performed with a maximum of 7 players. Players change their positions and roles continuously during the game in alphabetical order. The coach positions himself outside the practice area between the two squares with balls. In case the defender wins the ball or the ball is out of the field, the coach restarts the progression by passing a ball to the next-coming player in the middle.
