Witness description: “18 Objects appeared at Water level approximately 50’ off Shore. At first We thought it was a flock of birds, but they looked like small drones with a white pulsating aura about them. They proceeded in a Northerly Direction, continuing to gain Altitude. They moved in unison as a pod but independently of each other, with an occasional flash of white light.
