5 minute leg day stretch to realise lower back pain
This is a person stretch I did this am after leg day workout.
Lumbar back pain can occur for many reasons and can be debilitating. Often pain can occur due to damage of the musculoskeletal system in the lumbar spine.
Tightness is hamstrings and hip flexors can cause lower back pain.
To reduce it stretching after workouts is very important.
