Live: Memorial held for Kenyan children who died in school fire accident

Government hold a memorial service for the 21 children who died during a school fire in Nyeri, Kenya. The incident has brought to light the lack of proper oversight and continuous negligence by the relevant authorities which has over the years, despite several regulations outlining the safety measures every school should have in place, become common in the country.
