Insane Japanese candy making

When I was on tour with my band to Japan this autumn I had like an hour off between soundchecks, so I went into a city to buy some souvenirs. I was following a street by foot, but I stopped when I saw these japanese guys making what I believe is some sort of candy based on rice. Enjoy!
