Ingushetia - Road Clash With Russian Troops

As many as nine Chechens and two Russian soldiers were killed in a roadside clash Sunday on the border between Chechnya and the Ingushetia, according to witnesses. The clash coincided with an exodus of civilians fleeing the Chechen capital Grozny in fear of heavy fighting between rebels of the breakaway region and the Russian army.
