WORKOUT SESSION - Strength II 10 Split Jumps, focus on maximum height 20 Relevés right 20 L-Sit, Pelvis up, lift leg (alternating) 20 Relevés left 20 Side Cossacks 20 Swimmers in standing position, lifting arms up as high as possible 4-6 rounds!
