Fire breaks out at high-rise building with ’Grenfell-type cladding’ in London

More than 100 firefighters are tackling a blaze in London at a block of flats thought to be wrapped in the same type of cladding as Grenfell Tower. Smoke was seen billowing from New Providence Wharf in Poplar on Friday morning as more than 20 fire engines and around a dozen ambulances rushed to the scene. The fire has already ripped through three floors of the 19-storey building.
