Moscow sees lowest temperature in 74 years

러시아 수도 모스크바, 74년만에 최저 기온 기록 Moving over to Russia, the country’s capital Moscow, had its lowest temperature in 74 years on Thursday. In some districts of the city, the temperature plunged to minus 27 degrees Celsius. That’s the coldest since the minus 29 degrees recorded on January 3rd 1950. According to the Russian meteorological office, an anticyclone pushed down this week’s temperature to around 13 to 15 degrees Celsius lower than the average for January.
