Scorpion 🦂 - Verb: When you fall on your face and your legs come up over towards the back of your head like a scorpions tail. One thing that you don’t get to see much of is Cash falling. The falls are hard to watch but mainly because we get comments about child endangerment or abuse. Trust us, as her parents we hate seeing her fall or get hurt but that is a big part of learning any sport. It happens. It happens often when learning, it happens even as you get older but it’s part of the sport. We try to take every precaution and if we see something that will no doubt lead to a wreak we try to stop her and explain. On this particular crash we knew the slush could be an issue. It’s heavy, wet, sticky and then when you add a little jumping bean trying to launch off it can get sketchy. The scorpion is something we have all done and man it is not the best feeling ever but Cash handled it like a champ. You can tell she is a little taken back by the crash and probably had the wind knocked
