Sketchbook and Apple Pencil Pro

Sketchbook version adds support for Apple Pencil Pro, including barrel roll for brushes with rotation set to stylus tilt and a tool palette option on squeeze. Also added for both Apple Pencil and Apple Pencil Pro are brush stamp support for hover, and double-tap to open brush properties.
