Shooting a Swedish K (M/45)

The Carl Gustav M/45, commonly referred to as the Swedish K is a Submachine Gun adopted by Sweden in 1945 and is chambered for the 9x19mm cartridge. Taking inspiration from earlier SMGs like the MP-40, STEN, and PPSh-41, the receiver is a stamped sheet metal tube. In addition to the its use by the Swedish military, the US Navy SEAL used the Swedish K in Vietnam. These were typically “sanitized“ for deniability.
