LOTRO Minstrel Yellow/Red class build

hi! here is another fun Minstrel build from the Lord of the Rings online! This one takes the yellow buffing line, and combines it with the red dps line so that you can buff your team, and maintain fairly good dps at the same time! Enjoy!
