RPCS3 - Rendering and Performance Improvements (RDR, Skate 3, Uncharted & more)

The performance improvements seen here are due to optimizations in the graphics pipeline. By rewriting data management and ZCULL unit emulation, kd-11 greatly improved performance in games with many draw calls. Changes to rendering undoubtedly positively affect many other games, these are just some of the highlights we found.
