Beth-el is only 10 years old and is lifting at the top of the Women’s 97 lb weight class (world wide). She weighs 95 pounds and can bench 105, squat 150 and dead lift 200 (All Raw). We will have some general training videos soon, so parents know how to lift with their kids. Take it slow and post questions if you have them. Remember, you have to train kids differently than adults. Don’t push too fast. It will come as they mature.
