Power Full Body Warmup for Home | No Equipment | No Repeats | No Jumping

A quick & powerful 8 minute full body warmup routine you can do from home (or gym) before any workout.  No jumping, low-impact, no repeats routine to start your workout strong.  Follow along to get all your muscles warmed up & ready! For this quick warm up routine, we will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds, with a 5 second break between exercises. You don’t need any equipment to complete this warm up. If you have any muscles that are particularly tight, I would recommend spending a little extra time on warmup for those.
