Could your Ascendant be wrong? Solar Time vs. Standardized Time

What was the ACTUAL time when you were born? How can you check to see the chart for your solar time of birth instead of using the automatic standard time zone time? Update: I could see Local Apparent Time making sense for the event of one’s birth but Local Mean Time being better for evaluating how their chart actually manifests day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year (especially if subscribe to the theory that each planet gets “activated“ as the sun passes it in the first year). Either makes more sense to me than standardized time though! And both seem to work better than the automatic time zone. New Update: After looking at many charts with many people, I’m using Local Apparent Time as the official birth chart and both LMT and standardized time charts as secondary charts the way a relocation chart is secondary to the birth chart. :)
