T I P S
1. Tuck in the bellybutton during the plank exercise, to activate the core muscles.
2. Align your back with the floor. When you notice that your back starts arching, use one of these three methods to regain the right form:
- Lift up your legs a little bit higher
- Place your hands under your hips for extra support
- Take a small break and restart when you can keep good posture
3. Breath out every time most tension is on the abs.
