Artist Heather Horton visits Bus 142

Ontario artist Heather Horton at Bus 142, where Chris McCandless died in 1992. She was there in March 2011 as part of a celebration of the completion of Back to the Wild, a collection of Chris McCandless’s photographs. Guided by Fairbanks adventurer/good guy Ed Plumb, Heather traveled to the bus with Chris McCandless’s parents and a dozen other people.
