Broken Cartier from eBay - Vintage Cartier Tank Restoration for less than $1,000

I´ve bought this Cartier Tank from eBay for $680 - let´s see if I can restore it and get a Cartier watch for less than $1,000. This Cartier Tank is powered by the Cartier 120 Caliber (based on the ETA 2000-1). With 19,4mm in diameter, this is one of the tiniest movements I´ve serviced so far. This watch is in a really bad condition. The case is badly worn, the glass is broken, the dial is dirty and the movement doesn´t work at all.
