DRILL 10 NEHDA DEFENSEMAN CAROUSEL

IHS recently worked with Rob Sedia of New Edge Hockey Development Academy to film a series of drills specifically for defensemen. The Defenseman Carousel helps players practice passing, communication, awareness, timing, and more. This drill should have flow and a very strong focus on quality passing.
