Hiking One of Kauai’s Toughest Trails Barefoot! Incredible Views

Located on the Hawaiian Island of Kauai, this trail is a 6.4 mile out and back, with over 1500 feet of elevation change. It will kill your legs, take plenty of water! The trail takes an average of 3.5 to 4 hours to complete, and chances are extremely high you’ll be rained on. Considering elevation, it’s much cooler up here than at sea level, it’s a wise move to leave warm clothes and a towel in the car, you’ll want them, (and food) when you get back! We hope this video gives you a real look at what to expect, hopefully the trail will feel familiar when you get there!
