Full title reads: “Plymouth. Royal Visit to the West Country. The Prince of Wales attends the Guildhall to take up his office as High Steward of Plymouth.“ Plymouth, Devon. Prince Edward, Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor) arrives in open car. He meets military officers and civic dignitaries. The Prince inspects the soldiers of the Guard of Honour. A large crowd are there to watch the Prince. The Prince and dignitaries parade across from Guildhall. N.B.
