In this 40 min Superset Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Controlled strength Core follow along | No Repeat, we will have a total of 24 supersets targeting both the upper and lower body, as well as the core section. Each superset consists of 2 sets lasting 40 seconds each, followed by a 25-second rest between each superset. With these supersets, we will primarily target the same muscle groups within each set. The dumbbells that I am using are: 2x18kg (Red color on the screen) 2x10kg (yellow color on the screen) 2x5kg (Green color on the screen) The Gear that I am using: You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.
