GW2 - Willbender Roaming - First time on NA - Celestial stats NEED to be NERFED

Hey, roaming video this time :) The clips were recorded the day I transfered my alt to NA, I used the lv80 booster gears to get started (I deleted every characters so I could transfer for free). I bought fireworks runes, generosity/rage/celerity sigils and the weapons I didn’t get with the booster gears.
