TCC Head in Rivne Caught in Compromising Video Headed to 0 Chief military commissar of Rivne, Oleksandr Yarmoshevich has volunteered to go to 0 (frontline) after a scandal erupted due to video released earlier this week which shows the chief making out with four different women. The TCC made no statement regarding a potential abuse of power.
