The film was intended to show high school students the basics of delivering a good speech. The teacher Mr. Wallace speaks to the class about good posture, eye contact and how to choose a topic. It demonstrates a student asking questions, writing and practicing his speech on deep sea fishing. He delivers it successfully and his confidence is boosted.
