RAIL GUNS - The Science of Shooting

The rail gun shooters do not come to town more than a couple times a year. Many come from all over the western U.S. to compete in this unusual shooting sport. It may seem very easy to get good groups with one of these rifles, but it takes a lot of skill in preparation and reading the ever-varying wind currents to be exceptional at it. Even the bullets are super-precise. They are hand made as “match grade“ bullets are not precise enough for these shooters. Many video-gamers confuse these with the electromotive “railguns“.
