China and Syria announce strategic partnership

Xi Jinping and Bashar al-Assad meet to announce a strategic partnership with Xi noting that the establishment of the strategic partnership will be an important milestone in the history of bilateral ties. This marks a huge shakeup in the current situation in the middle east and brings the Syrian people much closer to an end to a war foisted on them by the imperialists and their proxies.
