Putin Asked Musk to Block Starlink Over Taiwan to Help China: Report | Vantage with Palki Sharma The Kremlin has denied reports of secret talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and billionaire CEO of SpaceX Elon Musk. “It’s all untrue, absolutely false information published in the newspaper,“ Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told media. However, Peskov said that Putin “had one contact with Musk before 2022,“ when “they spoke on the phone“. “It was a fact-finding conversation. They talked about more visionary technology, about technology for the future. It was a medium-length phone call. That was the only contact,“ he said. A report by Wall Street Journal claimed that Putin and Musk have been in regular contact since 2022. As per the report, their conversations have been wide-ranging, touching on personal issues, business and geopolitics.
