Revell 1/72 SR-71 Blackbird [Full Build Review]

This was my first commission build, after finishing this one I may build another for myself in the future, 1/72 seems to be the best scale for this huge aircraft, Revell/monogram made a really great model with this one. All shading and weathering were done using Tamiya XF-1 Flat Black and XF-63 German Gray. A lot of putty and sanding especially for the underside edges of the fuselage, overall I think it looks quite nice, the base is scrap MDF wood I found lying around, painted black, and poured clear resin to protect it, I used 1/4 inch acrylic rod for the pedestal. - René Martínez e-bay shop: Instagram: Music: Memories - Sappheiros Defense Matrix - Vyra Moody Swing - Oshóva Shine - Onycs
