How I Keep My Arms in Shape at 77

Now that I am approaching my 77th birthday in a couple of weeks it seems like a good time to give you a review of my whole Arm Routine. I can absolutely assure you that if you are consistent and do this routine every other day you will see results in 3-6 months. Many women are self conscious of their upper arms but creating muscle tone goes a long way in changing that. I do not believe that women should worry about showing their arms at any age.
