Amok Runner | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

I love games that have a Mafia setting or take place in the late 19th century or early 20th. Amok Runner gives us an open city to explore with this rare setting and initially I was surprised how vast, detailed and ambitious this world was. It is quite vast with many pedestrians and civilians doing their thing and even farm animals can be found at locations that it makes sense at. City streets, train stations and bars all feel lived in and well populated. Unfortunately though the world itself is very interesting and detailed, the game lacks a bit on a technical level when it comes to voice acting and gameplay. The voice acting is all over the place and the sound quality differs greatly depending on the speaker. It also does not help that in the first 10 minutes of the game there is basically only dialogue, which means that some people will be turned off by this even before they have seen the city itself which is quite interesting.
