The Adjustable Box Joint Jig: No Dado Stack, No Router Table, No Problem

This jig can accommodate almost any thickness of board and works without the use of a router table or expensive Dado stacks. I show in detail how to install the pin and how to create a hardware solution for the adjustable moving parts. The cost of this jig is less than five dollars using scrap bin pieces, a couple of nuts, two hex-driver flat head bolts and two washers. This jig will help you start your own production line, regardless of whether you’re making planter boxes, benches, blanket boxes or drawers. This jig makes old-style joinery a piece of cake!
