Richard Allen’s Odinism Theory Explained | Delphi Murders Case

Attorneys for Richard Allen, the man accused of killing Delphi teens Abigail Williams and Liberty, almost seven years ago, filed a lengthy motion requesting a Franks hearing that claims the girls were killed by cult members connected to a pagan Nordic religion. In a 136-page memorandum filed September 18, 2023, Allen’s lawyers allege that the search warrant executed on his home Oct. 13, 2022 was based on faulty probable cause.
