Lasagna recipe Ingredients - 1 tbsp. butter - 400 grams of minced meat - 1 tomato - 1 tbsp flour - 2 onions - 200 ml of milk - 300 gr tomato sauce - 9 pcs lasagna sheets - 300 gr. cheese - Salt and pepper to taste Ingredient preparations - Finely chop onion and tomato into cubes. - Season ground beef with salt and pepper and mix with onion and tomato. - Mix milk, tomato paste and flour with salt and pepper. Cooking - Place the sauce made from milk, tomato paste and flour on low heat and stir thoroughly for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens. - Grease a baking dish and begin to layer: lasagna sheets, minced meat with tomato and onion, sauce, and so on in several layers. The last layer should be the sauce. - Put in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees. - Take out of the oven and top with cheese in the last layer - Put in the oven again for 10 minutes to melt cheese - Enjoy!
